        Absolutely pathetic banking, we received a certified check from our lawyer which was for refinancing we did we cibc, it was a certified check. Our account showed it being credited and funds were available. We wrote a payment check to a third party and it reversed since CIBC is holding our funds for no reason for 5 days. Absolutely horrible and pathetic banking.
