        MANAGEMENT HAS A NO TIP POLICY??! The two female servers were wonderful (5 stars), but when I tried to give a tip I was told they are not allowed to accept tips?! That is a ridiculous policy given that (I suspect) they are paid a low hourly rate. Change the policy now, please!

        The coffee is good as usual but the customer service at Tuesday 6 at 9pm is so rude... If pay in cash the girl had not the best body language, and after launch the cashback at called the next customer inmediatly, 2 seconds after, over us... only for Tim's coffee! But never comeback I the shift of this lady.
