I've been working out with Shannon for a couple of years. Sh'e is a knowledgeable, caring fitness coach that has helped take my fitness to another level. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great coach whatever your fitness level.

Ive been w Chris for 8 years and followed him to 2 gyms before he landed clear cut fitness. I started when I was about 200 lbs having already lost 80 lbs with gastric bypass surgery. Im now 137 lbs, fit and strong. Ive done 1wk and twice per week as finances allow. When I used personal trainers for short spurts prior to Chris I was trained right into a torn rotator cuff. I learned that most personal trainers take a weekend course or 2, or have no qualifications at all beyond working out themselves. Chris has a degree in kinesiology and is a life long learner in that he continues his education adding certificates in nutrition and other aspects of his specialty. He s approach is evidence informed because he keeps up w the science of movement and fitness. Indeed, he designs my workouts around my rotator cuff, knee limitations and general aging (Im 55). Its never boring - hes a great ally and teacher in my fitness, weight loss and maintenance journey. I highly recommend Chris, Shannon and the team of trainers at Clear Cut Fitness for anyone wanting to start weight training at any age and at any experience level. Youll get strong and reap the benefits that come with it! More importantly, youll avoid aggravating any pre-existing injury or developing a new one w an uninformed/uneducated trainer. Thanks Chris - you helped me change my life!

Clear Cut Fitness is FANTASTIC!! I went from wasting my money on yearly gym memberships that I never used, to eagerly looking forward to my workouts each week. Chris is a wonderful trainer; he's personable, warm, and extremely knowledgeable. He's answered my many questions: from form and fitness, to the best shoes for lifting weights and tips on nutrition. The space is clean and has everything you need. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience, which is why I'll continue to be a client of Chris and Clear Cut Fitness for years to come :-)
