        We met with Ibrahim to design a ring, he told us he'd call us back and that was the end of it. Tried calling him numerous times, left messages and got nothing back. He completely ghosted us and apparently this is what he does. Very unprofessional, horrible business acumen, Ibrahim is not worth your time or money.

        If I can give 0 ratings I would. This guy LOST my gold necklace (or maybe STOLE it who knows) and after 8 months of chasing him he gave me a cheap necklace thats no where close to mine and insisted that its mine. Absolutely horrible service and I will definitely share this incident with everyone I know to stay away from this guy! We bought so much from him before and we never asked for any free service. With the necklace he LOST/STOLE, his excuse was I wont charge you for this service so accept whatever gold chain I give you. Absolutely ridiculous.
