Absolutely useless staff. They close early all the time. Hours they post are not real. The doctor kept telling me to find a family doctor. Made me feel so unwelcome.

Today 1:07pm NO DR AVAILABLE EVEN THOUGH WEBSITE STATES 9am-5pm. Told the unhelpful assistant to update website just checked now- NO SERVICE SAT 9AM-1PM. This is a poorly, dishonest, walk in clinic that will be escalated to the Province. Very concerning

I cannot thank this clinic and Doctor Matt enough for seeing me right away today and for diagnosing me properly. I was trying to get an appointment with a doctor for my foot for weeks now and luckily stumbled upon this clinic via google. Called them and the receptionist(who was very polite and nice to talk to) booked me right away. Once I came in, the doctor diagnosed my foot properly and took time with consultation rather than rushing it. Don't know why there are so many negative reviews as my experience was very pleasant!

I have tried to call now on three separate occasions to try to see a doctor. Every time I have called there has been no answer and the voicemail box is full. Im a patient of this clinic who requires medical attention, but I guess I will have to look elsewhere.
