Incredible customer service. I scoured the internet looking for a specific candle and remembered I had bought it at this shop years ago. To my luck they showed they had one left online. Ermanno called me the next day to inform me that unfortunately they did not have it. I understood and I appreciated the call to let me know what was happening. it could have just been an email cancelling the order, but I appreciated the personal touch. Much to my surprise Ermanno called me a few days later to inform me that my favourite candle had been discontinued last year, and I was ready to switch to another scent/brand. The angel was calling to also tell me that he called the candle's head office and managed to find the last one and will be shipping it directly. There is good customer service, there is above and beyond, and then there is Ermannos's!

Always a pleasure to shop at Ermannos. Exceptional Customer service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The clothing is off the top, beautiful stylings and a wonderful selection of designer brands. Thank you Ermanno for keeping me in style.
