2020: Im learning so much from Connie and now I really understand how a Real-Estate agent also becomes a therapist. It's the biggest purchase of a persons life and the decisions are so hard no matter how old, because for me its my first time. Most people only purchase / sell, one or two properties in a life time I would imagine. With Connie, I feel so lucky that she has taken me on to sell my house and to help me downsize to a new home/condo. She is so smart and works so hard and is completely transparent. I'm excited for the future, but only with Connie as my amazing realtor. 2022: Working with Connie was a dream come true. I contacted Connie to help me find a Condo and Sell my house as I was considering downsizing but was not 100% sure. I wanted to stay in the Bloor West Village area. I really did not know anything about the Real Estate market process. Connie is extremely knowledgable, honest, patient and fun to be with. She guided me through every step of the way. She put endless hours into presentation decks, Condo Showings and guiding me in selling my house. I was on my own so I need lots of resources. She found me a lawyer, a plumber, an electrician and the perfect stager. She did tree trimming and during the week of house showings came by daily to check and sweep as needed. She even came over with boxes and helped me pack when it was time to move. Her attention to detail and guidance and educating me on the whole process of buying and selling was invaluable. She kept me updated on the current market data. It took a year and a half to find the perfect Condo. Connie never gave up on me. I highly recommend Connie as a Realtor and I feel so lucky she was able to help me.

Don't even mess around and just hire Connie. She helped me tremendously with my new condo purchase and was so insightful, on the ball on every little detail (of which there are many that I had no idea), and made the entire experience just wonderful. I can't recommend her strongly enough for expertise in any kind of Toronto real estate - she knows it all. Thank you so much for finding a great spot for me, Connie. I'm eternally grateful!

Connie is awesome to work with! We were lucky to have her in our corner. She's patient, never pushy, and understands that buying a home is a process. When you say no to something that checks all the boxes on paper, she asks great questions to understand and refine what your needs are. She's also honest and helps you see all the pros and cons of a property. She always does her homework on the property and historicals, gives you the info to make an informed offer and doesn't pressure you to put more than you're comfortable with. As a first time owner of a house, she also helped remind us of little things that we need to remember to do, like shutting off your water so it doesn't freeze in the winter. --- In addition to helping us buy our home, Connie also helped us sell our condo. She got all the staging furniture delivered and helped us set it up. And when it came time to list, she was super strategic in her timing based on 2 other recent sales in our building. She also reached out to the other realtors of those other sales and in the end our unit sold in less than 24 hours! In both cases she walked us through a presentation of the buying and selling process so you know exactly what to expect when working with her. Connie is a pro! We highly recommend her!
