Rude service by one of the women there who was sarcastic, laughing at me and dismissive when I tried to return an item. The gentleman was pleasant and did his best.

The staff here its amazing! Particularly Ria(hope im writing her name right) I know nothing about winter boots and what to look for when buying them. She gave me all the information I needed, tips for those winter boots, prices, discount information, EVERYTHING. At first I thought they wouldnt have my size but they can place an order for it if they dont have it in stock. Someone left on their review an explanation on how to get there through the scotia bank entrance and I was able to get there just fine. They are able to make price match but not with website like amazon, kijiji and so on, but in my case they had no problem to price match with the official shoe-brand website, but I would definitely double check with them. Again, Ria was so helpful and friendly I left feeling really well taken care of and will absolutely go back whenever i need to buy another shoe.

When Walmart has better quality shoes than this place :(. I bought a pair of George dress shoes for almost $90 and they didnt even last as long as the George dress shoes I bought from Walmart. These shoes lasted me 2 months not even and they ended up looking like this! Literally ripping at the seems
