Poor management, the receptionist is ignorant and doesnt seem to understand how to do her job. The janitor is an animal that touches and breaks your personal effects. Fire them all and start over! Try and file a complaint reception refuses to let you and hangs up on you after defending the harassment from the janitor and breaking a 600$ stroller and scaring children.

Poor management, incompetent & rude reception. Security in my building is non-existent & front door broken for past several months!! 100% change since moving in . It was clean, safe and friendly.
