I have rented cars many times at the location and most of the time they don't have the car that I reserved, few times they give me an UPGRADE and most of the time they give me a DOWNGRADE, and instead of apologizing (which wouldn't help me anyway) they yell On me!!! They need to fix their entire customer service team so I would still want to go back to them!!

I don't know why this place has such a low rating. The branch manager and staff are good. I have rented from here many times and always been satisfied. Sometimes a car will be a bit dirty or there won't be windshield wiping fluid but if that really mattered that much to me I would go in and ask them to fix it before leaving the lot. They have always given me a good deal and been kind. This place is a trustworthy place to rent a car from in my opinion. I will keep going back.
