        Awful ! So scummy. Took my deposit money and I hated the place so I asked for it back and she agreed (DUH) and now has been ignoring my emails and phone numbers. If I dont hear back by Monday Im taking legal action.

        The management has no communication with tenants. Not even emergency lines doesn't provide much help. The security of the building is horrendous and the managements thinks they are above all tenants and utterly rude.

        Indoor parking: Big but your car could be vandalised. My bottle of washer fluid was stolen. Luxury living: on 2020 rent is increase by 5%, n on 2021 rent is increased by 7.3%. Security: They have cc camera though. My post box lock was broken n I dont know what I lost forever. Free smoking: If you love it, free marijuana smoke available on the common space and piece of cigarette can be found on your balcony, for free. Location: 5* My reflections: Run after me.
