The huge build women smile less impatient I am hearing loss disability wear hearing aid .She seems very mean answer my question.I have been 5 times run to this place still didnt deal the eye contact so disappointed with the service

Bad customer service. Made an appointment a week in advance; wrote the time and date down & confirmed with the clerk. Went to the appointment only to find out the they had booked me for 2 hours earlier than verbally communicated to me. The doctor offered me a spot an hour and a half from when my original appointment was supposed to be, but this was an appointment I had taken work off for. If you go here, make sure what they right down and what they tell you match.

I love the staff at this optical department. They are so helpful. I do find every entitled customer waiting at this Costco, inside the optical department or in the parking lot to be incredibly rude to the staff. They obviously feel their Costco card makes them a member of the royal family. For example, someone in the reviews talks about a "big lady." She is the nicest person ever, and even remembers me from the BC Costco. Chill out, people. Smile for a change.
