Didn't return calls in a timely matter and seemed like they really didn't want the business. I found another carpet store that did so much more and got my business.

Even one star is too much for this place. Visited this location on Saturday April 29th looking to get two rooms and a stairwell installed with carpet. The young lady in the showroom was very nice, accommodating and bubbly. She set up an appointment to have someone come out to my house the following Monday for measurements. The appointment was for 4:15. Approximately 45 minutes later I called to ask what was happening because no one had arrived at my place so the girl said they were running late and would show up at 6-6:15pm. I waited, no one showed. I called this store the next morning, left a message and have yet to hear from anyone there. HORRIBLE way to do business. I went to End Of The Roll Flooring at 1510 N. Service Rd Burlington. They came out the next day to measure, emailed me a quote the same day and called me to follow up. 3 days later they installed the carpet in my house. Advice to everyone go see Carla at End of The Roll Flooring
