        Manager of this branch Helena had really bad attitude. Usually guys are easy on old lady, but she make my husband so angry, his blood pressure jump to 170 even after back home. So for your own healthy, if you ever have to deal with Helena trevellick , please just run!

        This bank need more people to work there, usually you need to wait a long time. People who work there had a bad attitude to clients. I am a students and I need to change to students account. I showed them my timetable and tuition that I paid. One teller said, it doesnt look like it. What else could I do? Even I went to U of T website directly to pull those information up to her.

        Girl at front desk (brunette or red head can't remember) Gave me a new card, and instructed me to follow the instructions on my APP to activate the card. Wasted 5 minutes and another 5 minutes from the call centre to tell me to go back to the branch. Can't wait till these people are replaced by A.I.
