This branch does not answer the phone, just sends you to the call center and does not return your call after leaving a message. No email provided to contact the branch, all human contact offshored to Asia.

Wasn't to pleased with the service of BMO in Orangeville as they're quite rude, 50/50 chance of what you're going to get with them.. as I've had some okay experiences in the past. Teller asking personal information that I had rather not the whole bank hear.. also focused on another client etc when they were helping me to start as the other teller was helping the "regular client" . My bank account isn't with you an only have other banking matters doesn't mean it's okay to be rude. Also because I'm younger an disabled doesn't give the right to be rude either. Definitely will not be dealing with BMO in Orangeville anymore.

Terrible experience two times Ive been to this location. They wont print out my documents and are lying and telling me its going to be $5 per month for a list of my transactions even though I have been a BMO member for years and other areas have done this for me without a fee for as long as I can remember. Its unfortunate that because I am a young woman that they do not take me seriously. When I go into this branch with my parents, I am taken seriously. I am very unimpressed with lack of respect. I expect them to do their job. Countless times again and again they have not provided adequate service for myself and have neglected to actually carry out the duties of their profession. I am extremely displeased with their terrible service. They wont print my documents bc it will be a total of probably 5-10 pages. What bank is this cheap to not print out 5 pages of paper and what kind of person is this rude to not help someone out. This branch really needs to start doing their jobs and stop being lazy and rude. Completely unacceptable. Why am I, because I am young discriminated against for wanting a paper copy but then an older adult or elderly would get their requests. It would have taken the lady 2 seconds and 5 pages to print what I wanted instead she was rude and said I need to pay for my own accounts and my own transactions. I also wanted to add in that the lady was clearly not listening and did not understand what I was asking for because I asked for a print out of a list of transactions from my chequings account but she wrongfully thought I was asking for income statement purposes which I was not therefore there would not have been a charge for my request. She neglected to actually listen to my request and she assumed I was asking for something else. Things that need to be worked on is actually listening to what the customer is asking for. I just came from another bmo branch in Brampton who did what I requested without a charge. So this representative told me if I went elsewhere they would also charge me $5/ month which clearly wasnt the case as I was not charged in Brampton because they listened to what I was asking for.
