Td bank is the worst financial institution in the world. I do not recommend anyone to use this bank as mistakes are very common. The staff at this location was argumentative and was contradicting their own head office. Now I'm stuck calling back and forth between td head office and this branch just to receive a simple document. If I could rate in the negatives I would .

This bank engages in racial profiling and discrimination. I was treated poorly and unfairly based on my ethnicity, and it's clear that they have a culture of prejudice and bias. My accountant went to deposit a cheque to my business account and keeping in mind Ive been with TD for about 2 decades, theyve took the cheque and held the money. My cheque ended up being on hold and I wasnt able to pay my employees. When we asked why the cheque is being on hold there was no response. Marco and Hang they are the tellers for this bank were so terrible. They were unprofessional and rude, and I was treated with complete disrespect. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. When this was brought up to the branch manager Gilda, she basically supported her employees and dusted the situation off. This is very sad and unfortunate but I thought Id bring this to everyones attention so folks are aware of how this branch is run. It's clear that they don't care about their clients' financial well-being.
