        Worst customer service at a bank received today at this branch. The teller was not helpful at all compared to the teller that served us on Friday. We will never bank at the Royal Bank as a result.

        We have this great technology and are unable to use it. Several times now I have not been successful in depositing a check with the app. It seems to be taking up space for nothing.
