RBC Royal Bank

Astonishingly terrible service. My partner booked a phone appointment with an advisor and he never called on the scheduled date/time. So tried calling the branch but you cant. All calls get routed through the call centre. Waited almost an hour before someone picked up the call. Person was apologetic and said she would try to help but in the end she just ended up transferring to some other person.and once again, on hold forever. As I write this have been on hold for an hour and a half. What a complete waste of time and what horrible customer service. Shameful and completely unacceptable for a big bank that reported a net income of $15.8 billion last year.

Very happy with the decision I made going with this RBC Branch and leaving TD ! Thank you so much for the help and the banking advisor Ben Wheaton was very helpful and informative with getting my new account open with RBC . Thanks again , very happy customer. Christopher Nunes

Security guy is very good, proper greeting and staff members are very good

The branch manager is completely unprofessional I cant even believe someone hired him and gave him that position makes me laugh. Seriously the man cannot even follow up with a email or a call back after several months and time of waiting. The man is a complete joke.
