Employees are a representation of their manager, and Simranjot is extremely unprofessional, and from todays visit and past dealings, so is the manager Phil. My first appt. With Simranjot was canceled hours before, I changed plans for her, rebooked for 04/19. My wife and I waited over 10 mins, with no help, branch manager walked by 3 times, then we were told Simranjot was not back from lunch. 2:15 when in our car, we saw her enter, I feel this is inapropiate behaviour for a bank employee. Branch manager Phil has been NO help with customer service in the past, so this is why his employees are unprofessional, with zero customer service! There has been no phone call or email apologizing for being late and rebooking. Again, I am not surprised for this rude behavior from this branch.

We had an exceptional experience with Josh at the Orangeville branch today. He was friendly, and most helpful with security tips and encouraged us to look at our whole banking picture. Thank you Josh, you are ideal for your job!

Wish I could give them 0 rating Everyone was sitting free, next appointment they had was hour away, but still refused to open new account. Lazy staff!

Service is really good and staff are very helpful actually today im taking about a banking advisor MS Simran Samra she is giving very good advices about bank products and services as well as she is very polite. Thank you mam for your help

Long wait times, nobody ever available to help. Just overall bad branch for service.
