Closed my condo above asking price in 3 days - what an amazing feat! Carol is hands down one of the best realtors in town. Always available and quick to answer my questions when necessary, knowledgeable about the current market conditions and buyer/seller mentalities. 10/10 service all around! Staging was also done to perfection. Would definitely hire Carol again for my future home purchasing and selling!
