    If I could put no star, that's what they are worth. They do not respect tenant's needs. They are not interested in repairing any damages. They handed over the space to me without repairing the damages caused by the previous tenant. Every complaint or request I have submitted to the management it has been ignored. They give you such a hard time if you ask for a repair. After my complaints the only thing they did is replace the doors. Instead of re-painting them, they just changed them from other doors of another unit! Anyways, overall, they are trying hard not to help you. All the bad reviews for management are true, believe them. My advice, stay away from this place. Keep your money and give it to someone else. They don't deserve your money. In the pictures you will see the painting job they do. This is the painting job they had done to the unit when I moved in. It was peeling off like paper. The kitchen drawers are damaged with holes. Asked to repair them, and they wont. And the floor is full of marks and the wooden tiles are coming apart. Asked them to repair and they wont

    Management is incompetent, notably the folks that work in the 50 Cambridge Ave office. They have no reasoning ability or critical thinking skills, and will make your life as difficult as possible. Catherine is a real treat and an absolute nightmare to deal with. She is always rude and miserable. Always. Bizarrely unpleasant. It's almost as if she goes out of her way to ruin your day. Do not rent here. What the other reviews mentioned about endless construction is true. Current parking lot construction was scheduled to conclude in September. It will be December in 2 days - and it's not even close to completion. Cannot wait to move out.

    These buildings have been a construction zone for almost a year. Constant blunders happening. Noisy as hell. Contractors block off fire exits which is a huge hazard - one side door exit for 250+ units to exit from if there is a fire. There is zero wheelchair access. Constant break ins in the garage, and tenants get punished by being restricted garage access instead of them heightening security. At one point there was only 4 washers and dryers working in the building for weeks . Management is too lazy to maintain the dog park, so they have just blocked it off with orange tape instead of maintain it in the winter. I think they are trying to make tenants leave so they can raise rents.

    I would give less than 1 star if I could. I have lived here for nearly a decade, and over time, the quality of life her has gone down dramatically. Where to begin... constant construction projects that make you lose the use of your balcony and unit due to noise, without any abatements of compensation. Letters that go out that are written at a grade 7 level of English. Zero accountability for failing to meet certain standards of the RTA, especially as they concern reasonable enjoyment. This company will fail to work with tenants to make their time in the building enjoyable, and instead, their focus is on constant construction projects to improve the building and gain future revenue, with no regard for the people actually living there. Head office is defensive and even aggressive when contacted about problems, rather than proactive about finding solutions, and banks on tenants not knowing how to read the law, or know their rights. I asked them to repair my broken floor after 12+ years of them not redoing it, and they came in and redid a small area with completely different colour tiles It looks absurd. A couple of summers ago, the building caught fire in the middle of the night due to some kind of issue from rogers towers on top of the buildings, and no statement was ever issued to tenants about what happened. There are breakins in the garage, and nothing gets done. In general, this is a building who cares about one thing - profits - and is more than happy to make life hell for tenants for as long as it takes. There has yet to be a summer where disruptive projects don't make life hell - and that's to say nothing of cockroach infestations in 50, constant barking from their private dog park, and refusal to see tenants as paying customers. If you're looking for an apartment, avoid, and go somewhere where good tenants are valued and treated like human beings.
