        This is a great place to live especially it has a great variety store right in the building 494 avenue. Incredible convenience especially during hot or bad weather. Great services, great products and great prices. Have to see the store and you will find this as the best place to rent in the neighborhood.

        I'll start by saying, I never rented from them: I am writing this review based on calling them for information about renting there. They ask you for your social insurance, list of everyone you ever worked for, employment letters, bank statements going back 1 year, landlord references, credit check. Very troublesome to just rent a place there for a few months. Also their staff is short tempered, although to be fair they probably get a lot of calls.
