I am so excited. This was not just a regular baby store. It was so much more. My friend just had a baby girl and I wanted to buy a few unique pieces as her mom is my bestie. The customer service was too notch and Christian the owner was amazing. I spent just shy over $1500 but it was worth it. I am so excited to spoil baby Melody. Thank you so much Ella and Elliot. Your furniture is so beautiful and I love the pieces you have that can change bases on growth of the baby. I will be back again as more and more of my friends are having babies.

Dont know where to begin its an overpriced store completely. Everything is all clustered, lack of help, dirty..I came with my sister to browse. She asked not too long ago to use the bathroom when we first visited with her husband & she did not use it due to how it smelt with lack of sanitization. You would think for a baby store it would be the last room to be that dirty. Upstairs we were looking at a section that carried baby towels for bathing and there was ants present in the area, everything is dusty. I would not feel comfortable even buying clothes for my future nephew after witnessing insects near baby items. When you enter to browse the senior worker stares at you before he will ask if you need help or just watches like you are a thief. I can sense judgement right away as my sister did as well when we last came in. We will not be returning as a family to proceed with a registry or making any purchase as we found it a waste of time. Im not a man to write reviews but the vibe we both got from visiting was irritating. Our family friends warned us about this store due to their past experiences as well.

We ordered an Oilo rocker from Ella + Elliot and were extremely impressed by the overall experience! We were able to sit in them in the store and pick our favourite and then customize our choice (motorized v not, upholstery colour). They were extremely responsive throughout the delivery period and the actually delivery itself was seamless, one of the best furniture delivery services we have received! Overall excellent experience!!

We purchased cybex epriam stroller from here. The wait for this stroller was very long because of the supplier, but Christian tried his best for stroller to arrive as fast as possible. The customer service is awsome, thank you very much!! The stroller itself is beautiful and so worth the wait!!!
