Ultra Bloor Walk-In

I came in as a walk-in today. I didnt know what to expect as I had never been. Dr. Stevens and his partner greeted me warmly and gave me excellent care. I had an ear ache and promptly had my ear flushed. I appreciated the quick diagnosis, treatment and kind bed side manners. Thank you!

The wait was a little long,but that's probably because it was the first day after holidays; Dr. Stevens and the receptionist were both helpful and lovely. Dr. Stevens is a cool guy who genuinely cares.

I'm bad with names but I've seen the same dr here several times now and he's always been great- so reassuring and kind, and has helped me a ton

I called ahead of time to ensure I would make it. The receptionist told me they took patients until around 5pm. I got there at 4:55 pm and the doctor had just left despite Google Maps saying they closed at 6:00pm. Im extremely frustrated because I could have gone somewhere but now I cant because all the other clinics close at 5pm.

Receptionist is very very nice, she tries to give as much information as possible on what is the nearest subway station. As for the Dr. he is terrible, so irresponsible he tells the receptionist a certain time he will be at the clinic and never shows up until a later time and the clinic has on the door that Dr. will be on site from 11:00am-5:00pm but most of the days he will always show up either at 12:00pm or around 1:30pm so unbelievable. THIS CLINIC NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN or at least get another Dr. whos actually on time.
