Dont know what all the bad reviews are about, but when I went in, the girl I had, Liv (?) was fast, friendly and professional. No complaints.

Nothing against the staff but this has to be the stupidest way to run a clinic, so on the APP it says 183 min wait, I go in as a walk-in she tells me it's a 113 min wait so I can leave if I want BUT it may be sooner and they say this to everyone. SO IF YOU LEAVE, HOW WILL YOU KNOW IF YOUVE BEEN CALLED IF U GET CALLED EARLIER. There use to be tickets u could take at least you would know when you're about to be called, this is beyond idiotic. You need ORDER, this is just chaos.

The staff are efficient as well as their process. You can take all the lab test you need in less time expected.

I was here recently to get a test. The staff here was friendly and was always busy dealing with patients. We booked our appointments a head of time and didnt have to wait long to get in. The waiting room was not too crowded but moved quickly as they had 4 rooms being used.

Good lord this location is awful. I came in with little to no people waiting and still waited a good hour, which is fine since I didnt have an appointment but the more and more people came in, their waiting times were told to be an hour and half. Staff move so slow and dont seem to care. The receptionist is awfully moody and not friendly what so ever. I felt uncomfortable just overhearing her conversation on the phone and talking to her coworkers. The young lady who took my blood was very friendly! Washrooms are extremely dirty and not maintained (so gross having to leave a pee sample!!) I will definitely avoid this location entirely.
