Id give zero if I could. AVOID!!! Poor customer service, a disorganized gong show. Arrived at 10:05am for my 10:10am appointment. I told them I had an appointment upon arrival.. 15 mins later, at 10:20am a lady arrives for her 1040am apt. Waiting room was full so she offered to wait in the car and asked when she should come back in. They told her to come at her apt time in 20 mins. At 10:30am, they called her name. Obviously she wasn't there. Then I saw my name pop up on the board saying I had to wait another 20 mins. I had already been waiting for 30 mins! I had an infant who needed nursing and was getting irritable. I asked how much longer for me and they told me "we don't know". I asked them why I hadn't been served at my appointment time and they said I would be helped soon. But they never moved mybreq to the que and kept it in the walkin pile. At 1035 am the lady came back and was told she wasn't here when they. called her so she had to wait. They were serving walkinsl and people with later appointment times who arrived later than me there! I had to leave after 40 mins of not being served after my appointment time. My baby was overdue for a feed and a nap,I couldn't push it off any longer. A wasted hr of my life and I still need my bloodwork done.

What a horrible experience. Unorganized. Massively long wait times. Rude employees. How can I trust that the tests will even be done right?

This is the most unorganized, unprofessional clinic Ive ever dealt with. They made a mistake on my urine sample making me drive there and wait in a ridiculous line not once but twice. Incompetent workers that need to be replaced

Showed up at 3:50 after my doc appointment for blood work. Come from out of town 4 hour round trip. They told me to go some place else and was very rude and ignorant. Explain that i was from out of town. And still told me to kick rocks. What a joke

Been there so many times and there is much more bad than good experience. For example right now. They called me into cubicle 2 min before my scheduled appointment and now Im waiting for additional 13 min pass my appointment. Plus stuff is very unpleasant and dont protect your privacy at all. I have heard private information from 5 different people that were in cubicles around me . They are taking advantage that we need our blood work to be done and know we have no other options. Management should be aware of this. And updatein the end I was waiting 26 min. When I asked did they forget about me, one of the staff was very upset telling it is a lunch break and she is only one working. And when she came to me she poked me very hard and went through the vein. Now I have bleeding like I had been doing who knows what. So, so sad
