        I've been for blood tests at this location at least twenty times over the last 10 years. It is on the corner of Pacific and 23rd, entrance is on the south side of the building, then there are stairs or elevator to get to the basement location. I usually pay $1 for metered parking on Pacific avenue. Only been very busy on 2 or 3 occasions depending on time of day. Staff usually prompt and efficient. I'm usually in and out in 10 minutes.
