Front desk person today - without even a consideration and unfriendly gesture, she insisted me to comeback because I was way past on my fasting for a procedure. Good thing she still gave me an option to proceed and made me aware of false positive result as a consequence. I okayed the false positive and she's upset than I was. I hope she improves her customer service, it is not rocket science. Because everyday she will never know what people are going through and a great customer service will be the least thing that she can offer for these people.

I've been seeing a lot of negative reviews of this place. I found the staff to be quite friendly, but it is true they are very busy and deal with tons of on edge customers so they are very direct and quick to keep the line moving. The only issue I saw was as other reviews mentioned...it can be difficult to hear when your name is called. I thought my name was simple enough to hear for sure but a mix of different pronunciation and sometimes it's called rather quietly, it can cause confusion. They ended up taking two appointments that were booked for later than mine before doing me, but I still didn't have to wait long. I definitely reccomend booking a time online if you are coming here. I did and I managed to avoid the hour and a half wait for walk ins. It is super busy, not perfect, but overall a pleasant experience.
