If I would have another clinic nearby my house, I would go there. The experience been not so good so far. Only good thing, I didn't wait for long. -The receiptionts aren't much friendly, basically there is an indian guy whose attitude want good. -I had to give samples and I was there just 1 min before the closing time just to drop of the samples, because next day they were off. I was calling them from outside for 15 mins, that guy and another girl saw me and I showed I had samples. But they refused the samples. Eventually the guy came and told they can't expect because their system is not working. What am excuse. -after taking blood samples they never say if I am good to go. it's like they feel I will know automatically. weird. -I noticed they refused to take certain people from walk-in as they can't handle too many. which is good. but at the same time , I noticed they raccepted someone who came late as walk-in though I just saw they didn't accept people who came earlier. I don't understand why the later person got higher privilege. This is also done by the same guy I talked about. - have my blood sample 5 days ago, still no update! what taking too long?? *Don't think me a racist. This review is based on observation. I wouldn't give any star, gave this one star because there was one guy who works with samples backside was friendly. The star is for him. Otherwise this place doesn't worth any star.

My Doctors office faxed over my form not once but 3 times and they kept telling me it didn't come, told me first time it takes 15 mins for it to be faxed (lies) i sat and waited 40 mins went back into the line they still told me nothing came, when i saw fax getting printed out, had to leave and go get it printed off myself then waited 2 hours for walk in, they only let the people with appointment go first, all the walks in were left at the end of the day, and very short staff, I've been to this place more times then i like to be and this was the worst experience, only be showing up if i make an appointment.

Very slow! Not enough staff. When asked how long Id be, I was just told we are very busy. I also assisted a person in to the stall that was fainting as he has been fasting since last evening at some point and its 11:25 am now. No one seems to concerned about the process and just dragging their feet it feels like. Theyre telling new walkins two hour wait and Ive been here for over two hours and was initially told Id be seen in 80 minutes. The staff isnt being fully upfront with the walk-ins and people are fasting
