Yoga with Shannon is a great experience. Her Flow and Barre classes are my favourite but she offers all types of yoga classes and will cater them to all skill levels.

Falun Dafa is a great way to optimize your health and well-being.

Love the classes and the variety the each instructor provides. Always clean and very welcoming. A beautiful way to start and end the day.

Very knowledgeable instructors who have good sequencing in their lessons. They always have options for each individuals level of capability or physical limitations.
