Bad experience with CIBC, over a month and my refunded transaction is holding, call over call and everytime they asking for 24 to 48 hours bit nothing, pathetic

Navpreet is a very nice lady, she took her time to explain all the services and answered all my questions, this helped me to make a good decision. I would recommend her.

The ATM is not 24 hours. The doors are locked!
